Second Nature Environmental Services was established in 2018 by Deborah Metters. As a small business we offer flexibility and can sub-contract to other consultants to get the job done.
We combine sound environmental knowledge with practical skills in project management, community engagement and ecological restoration to help clients meet their goals. With two decades of experience in the environmental and private land conservation sectors, we understand these changing industries. We also have extensive experience working with Traditional Owners and Indigenous people on natural resource management projects.
With skills in desktop publishing, editing and communication, we can help create environmental products for your target audience. We have developed fact sheets, brochures, newsletters, booklets and promotional products translating complex science into everyday language. We also offer half or full day guided birding tours within the greater Brisbane region.

Deborah has over twenty years experience working with a range of environmental, conservation and ecological restoration programs in south-east Queensland, Central Australia and Pilbara.
